Guest Instructor
Born and raised in Argentina, Juan has guided
and climbed extensively throughout Patagonia, Argentina, Brazil,
Spain, and the United States. He has many first ascents in the
central Andes and several solo ascents including Mt. Cuerno’s
Southeast face, Grand Teton’s Direct Exum, and El Capitan’s
the Nose. To date, Juan has successfully guided seven expeditions
to the summit of Aconcagua via three different routes. Juan
is a professional member of the American Mountain Guides Association.
